I was born in the old country,Portugal, just one year after  President Kennedy visited Los Banos. My upbringing in a large loving family made value  hard work, to earn respect, as a  faithful Catholic Cristian.My parents instilled in me the pride  of doing the right thing even when no one is watching. I learned from my parents to  be accountable, reliable and dependable.

I emigrated to USA, the land of opportunity, in, 1979. Married the same year I arrived. Gave birth  to my first baby girl, 1980, my second baby girl, 1982, and my last baby, a boy, 1989. I Became a us citizien,1985. Graduated high school 1986. Received my real estate license in, 1992. I had my first home built in, 1995. Bought my second home in, 1998. Bought another home for a rental in, 2009 and another in, 2010. In 2001 pruchase a dry cleaning busines and the building. In, 2012  I received  my bachelor degree from Colorado Technical University in Business Administration.

I love to do voluntier work for my church, and logal civic groups. We do fund raising to give scholarships to local high school girls. In 2011  I bough a local dry cleaning business and every year for the last 10 years,  we dry cleaned over 5,000 coats to give to local neede kids.

I have being a sussecesul real estate agent selling over 25 million in real estate 2004, over 150 units in 2006. 

I feel most accomplished when helping  home buyers  with no hope in ever being able to afford "The American Deam"of owning home. WIth the right education and team work, from lender, and government programs, I was able to make home owners out of many renters.

Real estate still the most relovant investment in the world. I believe in it.I own, residential, commercial, and investment real estate, so I can speak from experience.

I feel blessed for the opportunity God and this country have  given me. Here I continue to strife  to be the most I can be. My law obiding children and supporting family are the source of my hapiness.

I must end my story now but first ,I have seven lovely grandchildren, three wonderful children, a loving husband, and a great job! Life is good, God is great!
